Manuel and his Oldsmobile 442 are overhauled by Chip Foose and his team. The insider is his girlfriend Kate.
Episode 2
The mark for this episode is Tony. and his '66 LeMans. His best friends Charlie Sheen and Rob set him up for his car to be overhauled. Tony always imagined his car being redone but soon realized that it would cost a lot of money.
Episode 3
Jamie let his '67 Galaxie get run down when he was dealing with his mom and her cancer. He often dreamed about the good ole days he used to have in it. Jamie's girlfriend Gretchen is the insider for this overhaul.

Episode 4
Marilyn thinks that her Cadillac, named "Bessie," is part of the family, but is treated like a storage unit for holiday decorations because it's in desperate need of repair. Can the Overhaulin' team bring Bessie the Cadillac back to life?
Episode 5
When Lowell purchased a 1967 Dodge Coronet 440, he planned to restore it, but ended up taking an early retirement and hoped to sell the Coronet for a profit. His son Geoff wants to save the money to restore the car himself, so Lowell called for help.
Episode 6
Michelle and Megan are more like sisters than mother-and-daughter. Megan's good grades earned her money for a car, and she got a good deal on a 1963 Comet, but she needs more money to have work done on the car.
Episode 7
Isaias loves his father's 1967 Dodge A-100 truck. Isaias's father died from cancer in 2002. He hopes to, one day, drive it with his own son. His wife says that he'll "cry his eyes out" once he finds out that he's on Overhaulin'.
Episode 8
Melissa was voted "Hottest Teacher" at the high school where she teaches. Her students say that she is attentive and makes learning exciting. Her husband says that she's a total gear-head and can't wait for her to see her fixed up 1964 Chevy Malibu.
Episode 9
Chip and prankster Rob dress up as unemployed roadies, who break into Carl's garage and steal his 1957 Chevy Corvette. While the car's being rebuilt, Carl meets "Detective McCool" (prankster Greg), who's not working really hard to get the car back.
Episode 10
The team works with its youngest insider yet, teenaged Tanner, who wants to surprise his father Wade by getting dad's project car, a 1967 Chevy Chevelle, fixed up.
Episode 11
Randy is friends with rock star Vince Neil. Now Randy's rusty 1969 Buick GS gets restored to its former glory.
Episode 12
Pop singer Nick Lachey acts as the insider to heist his brother Drew's 1967 Ford truck.
Episode 13
Hector sacrified everything to keep his family together. His wife wants Overhaulin' to overhaul his 1970 Mustang, the car of his dreams.
Episode 14
Chip Foose and the A-Team overhaul Domnick's beloved 1970 Monte Carlo, with the help of his wife, She coordinates a very well-deserved overhaul.
Episode 15
Daniel loves Mopars and bought a 1972 Dodge Challenger that he and his youngest son could work on as a "Father/Son" project. The car still needs a lot of work and some major new parts. Daniel imagines it in classic Mopar style: orange with stripes.
Episode 16
John Force is the most prolific champion in drag racing history. He wants to get his little yellow bus overhauled so he can go to schools to shuttle young students to events and live his dream of transporting his racing crew and family in a bus.
Episode 17
Dave side-swiped his 1969 Mustang but didn't have the money to fix it up right so it just sits in the garage. Dave's father steps up and gets Dave the overhaulin' that he deserves.
