Episode 1
Mart is lonely and bored in a new dormitory, until she meets her roommate. Janine urges Pierre to tell his mother about their emigration, but he discovers an old letter and something is not right.
Episode 2
Mart and Dalena visit Simon and his strange friend - Dalena is instantly in love. Janine is emotional in front of Mart, who interprets this as a sign for serious intervention.
Episode 3
The girls are planning a sneaky weekend to Pretoria, but Dalena reckons she needs precautions. Pierre and Janine's travel plans are put on hold while Ma Mart broods over London.
Episode 4
Mart is worried about Dalena. Pierre and Janine realize that their opinions on raising children differ and Mart has to come to terms with a harsh reality.
Episode 5
Mart helps Dalena make a big decision as she fears the worst. Pierre and Janine find a house that fits their budget, but it comes with unexpected conditions.
Episode 6
Mart wishes the Christmas season over as Marlene tries to hide her concern about the border. Pierre crosses personal boundaries and puts Janine in a difficult position.
Episode 7
It's matric year and Mart is anxiously waiting for Dalena in their new dormitory room. The realities of becoming a father pressure Pierre to find out more about his past.
Episode 8
Dalena's absence brings Suna and Mart closer together, but Simon struggles. Pierre tries to reconcile with his mother, but she impulsively invites an old friend.
Episode 9
Suna is having a party and urges Mart to try and enjoy it, but her head is with Dalena. Pierre is in awe as Mart shares her stories.
Episode 10
Simon shares with Mart about the baby, but when she calls the home, Dalena is gone. Pierre and Janine's last day in the Cape sends them on a final adventure.
