Episode 1
Shots of the exterior of a car are shown as someone drives, and text overlays this footage explaining the premise of the story from Jay's point of view.
Episode 2
Jay has started going through Alex's Marble Hornets video tapes and is posting various findings. This one reveals something unusual in the footage.
Episode 3
In another Marble Hornets tape that J has watched, this one involves Alex driving and describing something very strange that happened when he took his dog for a walk earlier.
Episode 4
This entry includes clips from several different tapes that show Alex filming himself doing various tasks in his home and in other places. Jay notes that Alex seemingly "wanted to have a camera on himself at all times".
Episode 5
This tape shows Alex running from the mysterious figure from Entry #1 in a playground.
Episode 6
Jay found a tape which includes Alex and Jay location scouting for the film Marble hornets. The audio is severely distorted. We see a gazebo, and also a red tower in the distance.
Episode 7
Jay finds another tape that could be a possible continuation from Entry #1.
Episode 8
During the filming of a scene of Marble Hornets, Alex sees his stalker.
Episode 9
Jay finds a tape where Alex is drawing pictures of the figure, when the audio cuts out and he seems to panic.
Episode 10
More raw footage from Marble Hornets reveals that Alex is constantly on edge during filming, and Jay presumes that the person following him is the source of the anger.
Episode 11
The first totheark video, with a message that reads "LOOK CLOSELY."
Episode 12
Alex runs through the woods, while being chased by his mysterious stalker.
Episode 13
The second totheark video, with a message that reads "Lakes In Stillnesss Will Take Every life of the Night." The capital letters spell out "LISTEN."
Episode 14
Alex is sleeping when he gets up and checks downstairs. As he checks, he misses something important: His stalker looking in at him.
Episode 15
Totheark video which contains the words "Watching You" and a reversed, slowed down woman's voice calling out for Alex.
Episode 16
Another scene for Marble Hornets is filmed, but with some visual and audio distortion, and later an appearance by Alex's stalker.
Episode 17
Totheark video with a thunderstorm and a message that reads: "THERE WAS M0RE."
Episode 18
Alex and Jay are out shooting. When Jay goes back to the car for more tapes, Alex goes exploring, and finds a strange symbol and his stalker.
Episode 19
A totheark video shows Jay walking to his car (referenced in Entry #13), and a hidden message that asks "WHEREIS THE ARK".
Episode 20
The Operator enters Alex's room, but seems to disappear when the lights turn on. Alex then appears with blood trickling down his face. Jay decides it's time to find out where Alex is.
Episode 21
A shot of a house with rain, a moving S in the left corner, a bunch of zeroes, and the words "BLE ED MO RE" appear in the latest totheark video.
Episode 22
Jay tracks down Tim, a former cast member from Marble Hornets, and talks to him about the film under the pretense of starting the film up again.
Episode 23
Distorted footage of Brian is used, while "TICK TOCK" appears on the screen and a countdown in binary is shown.
Episode 24
Jay enters the house that Brian was last known to be at, and starts experiencing some strange phenomena as he explores.
Episode 25
Totheark video reveals that the person behind this account was in the house with Jay in the previous entry.
Episode 26
Jay uncovers footage from the filming of Marble Hornets, including the Operator in the trees and things he doesn't remember happening.
Episode 27
Totheark video that features a man's voice, creepy imagery, and the words "come back."
Episode 28
Jay returns to the house and finds a masked man. He later escapes, but wakes up the next day with no memory of the events after and the same audio distortion at the end of the video.
Episode 29
Totheark video with Pearl Harbor footage, an ominous warning, and a photo of Tim.
Episode 30
Jay reveals that he has been filming himself like Alex, and finds out that the masked person from the previous entry knows where he lives.
Episode 31
A shot of Jay, the Operator and the words "FOU ND YOU" and "forever" appear in the latest totheark video.
Episode 32
Jay runs through the items he found in the sixteenth entry, and expresses the fact that the trail might have gone cold.
Episode 33
Jay shows us the last tape, with more things he cannot remember. He then decides to go to the red tower from Entry #5.
Episode 34
An inverted image of the red tower, with some fast-moving words and the sentence: "Waiting for you."
Episode 35
Jay goes to the red tower and finds a tape.
Episode 36
The tape found by Jay in the previous entry is shown.
Episode 37
A totheark video with old footage and the words "Wake up."
Episode 38
Someone is inside a house, and the sentence "There are doors unopened" appears in this totheark video.
Episode 39
Jay returns to the house one last time and encounters the masked man again. As he pursues him, he finds out that things are not what they seem.
Episode 40
The final totheark video of Season One has quotes from the previous videos repeated along with footage of the Masked Man.
Episode 41
Jay has set up surveillance cameras around his house, and they catch him somehow leaving his house (which is impossible due to blocked exits), and then returning.
Episode 42
The Marble Hornets channel is hacked by totheark.
Episode 43
Jay has moved to a hotel for the time being, and gets a call to turn on the news to find that his apartment has been set on fire.
Episode 44
In the first season finale, Jay plans to move away and get away from Marble Hornets, before a tape shows up at his door proving that Alex is alive.
