Episode 1
A father out surfing is found unconscious in the sea, fellow surfers battle to pull him to shore and give him CPR as lifeboat and coastguard services join the rescue. A father is on the school run when a huge tree crashes onto his car.
Episode 2
Police and a flight attendant perform CPR at the scene of an accident on the motorway where a lorry driver has suffered a cardiac arrest. When a young boy falls from a tree, his mother calls the mountain rescue team for help.
Episode 3
A teenage girl rings her parents to tell them their home is on fire, and her father braves the smoke and flames to save her. Also, a young mum on the way to hospital to give birth doesn't make it. Her partner dials 999 as the baby begins to arrive in the car.
Episode 4
During a go-kart race, a teenage girl is sent crashing into a bridge with her parents anxiously watching on. A major rescue operation is launched after mother and daughter kayakers are left stranded on mudflats.
Episode 5
A man once rejected by the fire service for being too short rushes into a burning building to save an elderly woman. A young boxer tries to dodge a car shunted onto the pavement at speed, and a cyclist on his commute home has a near miss when a driver fails to see him on a busy dual carriageway.
Episode 6
Mountain Rescue come to the aid of a couple scrambling in the Lake District for their second date, when he plunges 60 meters down the mountain and she gets stuck on rocks above. Also, a teenage boy jumps into a water-filled dyke to save a drowning horse.
Episode 7
A farm engineer is driving home in his newly purchased truck when a wheel comes off. Plus, a five-year-old boy uses the number on his toy ambulance to call for help when his mum is taken ill.
Episode 8
Rescue workers battle to save two students on Dartmoor when their island camp is cut off as a flooded river turns into a torrent. Elsewhere, a shop owner and his customers have a lucky escape when a car crashes through the window and into the store.

A family flee their home when a battery charger, bought online, starts a fire that destroys their house. Also, a paddle boarder and a drone operator combine their skills to save four horses cut off by a river that has burst its banks.

A Mountain Rescue team fight their way through appalling conditions to rescue a walker on Snowdon, and a mountain biker crash-lands after a jump, leading his friends to believe he's broken his neck.

A 15-year-old girl fights to save her father’s life when he has a heart attack after picking her up from school, and a driver loses control of a car, scooping two men up on to the bonnet and crashing through a shop window.
