In the finale of Season 2 of Killing Fields, Tommy Francise is in custody and has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder for the homicides of Curtis "Cochise" Smith and George Barrett.

The body of a Caucasian 20-something female is found partly submerged on the banks of Whiskey Bay. Major Hebert and Detective Bradford race to the scene, deem it a homicide, and race against the clock to ID the victim and hunt down her killer.
Episode 10
The sheriff’s office returns to Whiskey Bay to conduct a sweep of the waters looking for dead bodies. A known body dumping ground, Whiskey Bay was also reported to be the preferred dumpsite of an infamous serial killer, Derrick Todd Lee.
Episode 11
Detectives conduct a routine sweep behind a levee searching for dead bodies. Major Hebert chooses this particular location after receiving an anonymous tip that a woman, missing since 2002 and presumed dead, may be buried somewhere in these woods.
