Episode 2
Kikuo visits Sakura, still unconscious in her hospital bed, and reflects on a pivotal moment during their second year at the company when she challenged authority after being tasked with reducing unnecessary overtime.

Sakura wakes from coma, only to learn she's been fired. Supported by her friends, she resolves to pursue her dream of building a facility to help others. As she faces setbacks in her job search, she contemplates returning to her hometown.
Episode 10
Sakura's old colleagues reflect on their past as she returns to Hanamura. Rehired as a project leader, Sakura faces conflicts between her role and her friendships, grappling with whether to pursue power or remain loyal to her friends.
